How to Buy

Buying from Jeinstein.com is very easy. Just follow these steps:

1. You have to register as a Jeinstein.com user, and once you are a user, be connected with your user name and password.
2. Go to the "Catalogue" section in the left hand menu of Jeinstein.com. Choose the products you want to buy by selecting from the categories which we have designed for your convenience.
3. Add them to your shopping basket by clicking on the button next to each product and selecting the quantity you want to buy.
4. When you add a new product, you will see a list of all the products selected so far. If you want to add another item, return to the "Catalogue" and repeat the same process.
5. If you have selected all you want to buy, and want to finalize your purchase, enter your e-mail and password at the bottom of the page. You will see all the items you have selected and you will be asked for the address to send the items, the means of payment, and whether you wish to send them as a gift. Complete this information and press "Continue".
6. Depending on the means of payment, you will see the list of items with the shipping charge according to the delivery address. You will be given an identifier number for your purchase. If the information is correct, press "Continue".
7. If you are paying by credit card, you will have to enter your card number and password; the transaction will be processed through Transbank's "Webpay" system and you will receive a transaction slip.
8. If you are paying COD (cash on delivery), you will also receive a transaction slip.

If you want to make a further purchase of Jeinstein.com products, just repeat the process.
